Erika works in the Mortgages team at Barclays and leads the bank’s sustainability proposition for green homes. This includes developing products and propositions to help mortgage customers navigate the transition to low carbon homes, working on the bank’s net zero strategy for the residential real estate sector, and considering how climate change might impact our customers’ homes. She has previously worked in Product functions in Personal, Business and Corporate Banking, and with other product areas such as deposits, current accounts, business lending, and complex liquidity products
