Anne-Laure manages the Benchmarks Policy Team in the Markets Policy department at the FCA. The team is responsible for leading the FCA’s policy work on LIBOR transition, as well as the policy development and implementation of the Benchmarks Regulation. Before taking on this role in 2019, Anne-Laure was managing the Post-Trade Policy Team responsible for developing and implementing the G20 derivatives reform in the UK. Prior to joining the FCA in 2014, Anne-Laure worked as a derivatives lawyer at Linklaters for 10 years.
