Ralph is the deputy head of Economic Research at Commerzbank. In his work he focuses on the Euro area and especially Germany. Until joining Commerzbank in 1999 he worked as a research assistant at the Kiel Institute for World Economics. Ralph studied economics at the University of Bonn, Germany and the University of California at Berkeley. He holds a doctoral degree in economics from the University of Kiel.
